In addition to the standard PCB and M55302 connector series, we also develop numerous custom applications that meet the unique requirements of our customers by incorporating hyperboloid (hyperbolic) contact technology. Here is an example of one of the many custom connector solutions designed by IEH. Based on our customers' connection requirements, IEH provides solutions that fit their needs.

Product Images and Descriptions 1) A semicircular stack connector for the parallel board of missile guidance systems, which requires high reliability and high density. 2) A round-edge connector for the circular chamber of an auto-feathering device for jet engines. 3) A 1,200-pin connector for the interface board of rotary-wing military vehicles. 4) A receptacle on a power conversion board for pin and mating with various DC-DC daughter cards. 5) D-type connectors for high durability medical and commercial applications, including docking stations, portable diagnostic devices, and remote terminals. It boasts hyperbolic contact capabilities that withstand over 100,000 mating cycles. 6) Hyperbolic contacts for the pin grid array (PGA) of electronic airborne warfare systems. 7) Circular card edges for the torpedo guidance section.
