Fluororesin | Joining technology for PTFE, PFA, and engineering plastics Lifron
Fluororesin | Reduce costs by using PTFE, PFA, etc., only where necessary! Can be freely combined with engineering plastics according to application!
Lifron refers to molded products made of engineering plastics that have fluororesin (such as PTFE, PFA, etc.) attached to necessary areas of sliding parts or parts in contact with liquids, which are combined with engineering plastics during the molding process. Depending on the application, various requirements can be met by combining different base resins and types of Teflon. It is recommended as an alternative to cases where the entire part is designed with fluororesin, even though only a portion of the part requires sliding properties and chemical resistance. 【Features】 ★ No adhesives are used, effectively utilizing the heat resistance of the base resin ★ The adhesion strength between PTFE and resin is over 2 kg/cm (180 peeling) ★ Provides PTFE with the mechanical strength of engineering plastics at a low cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
