Polyethylene pipes for heat supply: Outstanding heat resistance, insulation, and workability!

MESCO polyethylene pipes, widely adopted for thermal supply applications such as geothermal binary power generation, biomass power generation, and hot springs, etc.!

Heat supply refers to the provision of hot or cold water from a heat source to facilities through pipes. MESCO's polyethylene pipes excel in properties such as heat resistance, insulation, and workability, and have been adopted for numerous heat supply-related applications including geothermal binary power generation, biomass power generation, hot springs, district heating and cooling, and waste heat utilization. 〇 MESCO pipes suitable for heat supply-related applications PXE / GNGAR / GNGRT 〇 Features - Excellent heat resistance and chemical stability make them suitable for hot water and hot spring piping. Maximum operating temperature: PXE / GNGAR: 95°C, GNGRT: 80°C - GNGAR / GNGRT minimizes temperature drop of fluids due to their insulation layer. - Excellent corrosion resistance allows for direct burial installation. - Superior flexibility makes them earthquake-resistant and allows for natural bending during installation. - Excellent weather resistance enables their use as exposed piping.

MESCO (Mitsui Metal Engineering Co., Ltd.) is an engineering company that consistently handles everything from the planning stage of various industrial plants to project management, operational guidance, and maintenance. Utilizing its technology, it also engages in construction and product development in the materials and pipe businesses. Additionally, MESCO has a wealth of experience in overseas plant construction and leverages the comprehensive capabilities cultivated through its three businesses: engineering, pipes, and materials, to meet customer needs. Since 1969, the pipe division has been involved in the planning, design, manufacturing, and construction of piping systems primarily based on polyethylene composite pipes, while the materials sales division has been dealing with soundproofing materials and radiation shielding materials since 1982. In June 2012, these two divisions were integrated to form the "Pipe and Materials Division." We are committed to maximizing the synergy effects of this integration and striving daily to be a division trusted by our customers.
