In cationic electrodeposition coating (black), we use zinc phosphate treatment as a pre-treatment and can accommodate iron, aluminum, and plated steel sheets (bonded steel sheets are not applicable). The paintable size is 1,600 mm x 1,600 mm x 400 mm, with a maximum weight of 25 kg, achieving corrosion resistance (SST) of over 960 hours and hardness of 2H or more. We provide surface treatments tailored to our customers' needs.
