For cationic electrodeposition coating (black), we use zinc phosphate treatment (dipping) as a pretreatment, and we can accommodate paintable sizes of 1,600mm x 1,600mm x 400mm, with a maximum weight of 25kg, corrosion resistance (SST) of over 960 hours, and hardness of 2H or more. The materials we can process include iron, aluminum, and plated steel sheets (bonded steel sheets are not acceptable).
