In cationic electrodeposition coating (black), we use zinc phosphate treatment (dipping) as a pretreatment, with a paintable size of 1,600mm × 1,600mm × 400mm and a maximum weight of 25kg, achieving corrosion resistance (SST) of over 960 hours and hardness of 2H or more. We cater to iron, aluminum, and plated steel sheets (bonded steel sheets are not applicable), providing excellent corrosion resistance and rust prevention with our cationic electrodeposition coating to meet customer demands.
