Strengthening Microbial Monitoring through Online Analysis Devices

Contributed to the reduction of waiting time for microbiological test results and the frequency of sterilization in pharmaceutical water quality management. Presented materials introducing case studies of equipment evaluation.

This document summarizes the evaluation results of using the online bio-burden analyzer '7000RMS', which enables continuous detection and analysis, for microbial monitoring of water treatment systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Focusing on cases that examined changes due to AFU flow, as well as the effects and timing of thermal sterilization, it also introduces points that contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of microbial monitoring. 【Test Items】 ■ Does the trend of AFU indicate the microbial response to hydraulic events within the water treatment system? ■ Can AFU measurements after thermal sterilization be used to optimize sterilization and discharge? ■ Is there a real-time response to transient deviations of microorganisms due to contamination in the tank? *For more detailed information, please refer to the "PDF Download."
