Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. exhibited at the "JPCA Show 2022 Printed Circuit Board Technology Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight. We introduced laminate materials for printed circuit boards and chemical solutions for fine wiring. In addition to low thermal expansion BT materials for semiconductor packages that enable low warpage and thin layers, we showcased low transmission loss BT materials for high-frequency applications, entry sheets for mechanical drilling, and chemical solutions for fine circuit patterns.
