This is an introduction to the implementation case of measures against hopper bridge issues in powder and granular material tube conveyors.

During the initial testing of this equipment, no specific measures were deemed necessary; however, there has been a recent change in the raw materials, leading to the occurrence of bridges above the screw in the transport hopper. Other bridge countermeasures (such as agitators) were also considered, but they opted for our low-cost bridge breaker, the "Brodisk," which is easy to install. Of course, the results have been excellent! After installation, the raw materials have been supplied to the screw steadily. The effects of aeration and vibration within the hopper are outstanding. Our bridge and rat hole countermeasure equipment can be easily installed on existing hoppers. Just drill a hole in the powder hopper! No welding work is required!
