Lincool is an IoT unit developed by Santechno Co., Ltd. It allows you to attach sensors (transmitting devices) to your existing tools such as torque wrenches, electric screwdrivers, torque drivers, and measuring instruments, enabling error-proofing and traceability in assembly processes without the need to replace your tools. It wirelessly transmits work logs such as tightening counts, measurement values, and inspection results to a receiving device, allowing for bulk output as CSV data. By integrating with the dedicated app "Work Navigation," you can create a system where failing to follow work procedures prevents progression to the next step, making it easy to implement multi-skilled workers, train new employees, and horizontally expand across multiple lines with simple Excel-based settings. We can promptly respond to customer requests for quality record submissions with log data. This helps prevent non-compliance with assembly sequences and skips in processes, reducing variability among different workers.
