The Toplus DHC series is a device that safely and efficiently converts leaked hydrogen into water without using any electricity. It utilizes an internal catalyst to naturally react hydrogen with oxygen in the air at room temperature, removing it as water vapor. The heat generated during the reaction promotes natural convection, further enhancing the removal efficiency. This device can safely eliminate hydrogen gas that has accumulated due to poor ventilation or equipment failure, contributing to the safety of hydrogen-related facilities and equipment. Usage example: Hydrogen is lighter than air and tends to accumulate at the top of enclosed spaces. Therefore, DHC is usually installed at the top of areas where leaks may occur or in poorly ventilated places. (*Refer to the illustration on page 2 of the brochure: While the concentration continues to rise without DHC, it decreases to a safe level with DHC.)

Performance Test Results A comparison test was conducted by injecting a constant flow of hydrogen into a limited space, with and without the device. Without DHC (black line): Hydrogen concentration continues to rise. With DHC (red line): Concentration decreases to a safe level (approximately 4,400ppm → 2,800ppm). → The test results confirm a significant effect in suppressing the rise in hydrogen concentration.
