AAV joint Forum by ONODERA GT Pharma and Merck

At Merck, we have been holding gene therapy pharmaceutical seminars approximately every two years, but we have received requests from everyone to hold them once a year. Furthermore, in recent years, the development of gene therapies in Japan has accelerated, and ONODERA GT Pharma is conducting multiple clinical trials of Japan-origin AAV pharmaceuticals, including those in the application preparation stage. Against this backdrop, we hope to further invigorate the development of AAV pharmaceuticals in Japan and have decided to co-host an AAV forum with ONODERA GT Pharma. In this forum, ONODERA GT Pharma will introduce AAV development, provide regulatory updates, and discuss AAV CMC development topics. Merck will present new manufacturing technologies and testing services for clinical trials. After the presentations, a lab tour of ONODERA GT Pharma is also planned. Additionally, we are planning to hold a panel discussion and an information exchange meeting, hoping to create a space for exchanging opinions and networking.
