The "Cellvento 4CHO-X Expansion Medium" has been specially developed for N-1 perfusion of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines. It contains high concentrations of nutrients to achieve high cell density at a low CSPR (Cell Specific Perfusion Rate: the amount of medium supplied per cell).
