"Cellvento ModiFeed Prime COMP" is a chemically defined (CD) medium that replenishes depleted nutrients necessary for cell function and enables high-concentration single feed at neutral pH to extend the production culture period in fed-batch mode. It is formulated for fed-batch production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and biopharmaceuticals using various Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell expression systems. It can be used in combination with Cellvento 4CHO COMP and EX-CELL Advanced CHO production media or many major basic media for CHO cells. 【Features】 ■ All components are non-animal origin (NAO) and do not contain hydrolysates, phenol red, or 2-mercaptoethanol ■ High concentration formulation (>131g/L) ■ Formulation without glucose ■ Achieves single feed containing modified amino acids and amino acid derivatives *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
