The raw materials consist of vegetable oils, high-grade fatty acids, lecithin, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, and others. When used as a primary defoamer for fried tofu, labeling is not required as it is a processing aid. Lecithin requires labeling for soybean allergies, but in the case of tofu, an alternative labeling is acceptable. As a storage precaution, keep in a cool, dark place with low humidity, and seal tightly after opening.
