"MAC address entry" registers the client's MAC address information within the switch and determines whether to allow or prohibit communication based on the registered MAC address information. The number of MAC addresses that can be registered is a maximum of two per port. To facilitate the registration of MAC addresses, it is also possible to automatically register the client that initiated data communication first and the client that initiated data communication second. If you want to avoid managing the RADIUS server but still want to manage the permission or prohibition of communication for clients, you can restrict the clients that can connect to the network edge.
