Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP)
Speedy response with in-house production equipment! We have adhesive bonding and high-precision assembly technology for metal components.
"FRP" is a plastic reinforced with fibers. Long fibers such as carbon fibers and glass fibers are drawn from a bobbin, impregnated with liquid resin in a resin bath, wrapped around a mandrel, and then heated and cured in a heating furnace. The core is then pulled out to form a pipe shape. We offer a lineup including carbon fiber "CFRP," glass fiber "GFRP," and basalt fiber "BFRP." [Features] <Carbon Fiber/CFRP> ■CFRP Density: 1.6 ■Conductive material ■Expensive but lightweight, high strength, high elasticity ■Lighter and stronger than GPRP *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Other Features】 <Glass Fiber/GFRP> ■GFRP Density: 1.9 ■Insulating material ■Not as strong as carbon, but relatively inexpensive ■Highly versatile FRP ■Used in superconductivity fields due to high thermal insulation properties <Basalt Fiber/BFRP> ■BFRP Density: 1.9 ■Insulating ■Raw material: Basalt ■Price and performance are intermediate between carbon and glass ■Expected to see increased demand in the future *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
