The conventional high-rotor series is a high-speed rotation type with a focus on dispersion force and a self-rotation to revolution ratio of 2:1. However, this variable ratio RS type high-rotor has been developed as a high-spec model that allows independent adjustment of the rotation speeds for self-rotation and revolution in 1 rpm increments. Not only does it maintain the 2:1 ratio for high-speed self-rotation, but it also allows for settings that emphasize centrifugal force during revolution, making it possible to replicate the dispersion and degassing conditions of other manufacturers. Developed as a highly demanded 10L type for mass production, it retains the ability to accommodate four containers while being a variable ratio model. During the transition from research and development to mass production, necessary efforts and considerations can be reduced. Additionally, we can flexibly accommodate customizations such as explosion-proof features, cooling, and special containers. 【Features】 1) The 2:1 ratio for high-speed self-rotation is only possible with the high-rotor. 2) The ratio for high-speed revolution is also possible, accommodating degassing without vacuum, low-viscosity materials, and materials that are sensitive to temperature increases. 3) Customizations are available; please consult us. 4) Quietness and durability are inherited from the conventional high-rotor. 5) Scaling up from small mixers used in research and development is easily achievable.
