Precision Jig Borer J7CN

The ultimate mother machine that stands at the pinnacle of high-precision processing machines.

■ The mother machine that serves as the standard for cutting processing machines, located within the mother machine. ■ The X and Y axes achieve ultimate high-precision feeding through precision needle rollers on meticulously finished V-F shaped sliding surfaces. The scales used are of the highest quality. ■ The Z axis uses a quill system, achieving high precision in cylindricality even in deep hole boring. Additionally, manual Z-axis feeding is available as an option, allowing for delicate cuts while monitoring the machining situation. ■ The bed features a three-point support system with sufficient thickness and ideally placed ribs, maintaining the machine's perpendicularity, parallelism, and straightness unaffected by changes in the foundation. ■ The table, with a wide working space, has a finely finished top surface, achieving a flatness close to zero. ■ The horizontal carriage can easily accommodate tall workpieces. ■ The unique horizontal carriage balance mechanism ensures stable horizontal movement regardless of the head's position along the Y-axis.

Mitsui Seiki Co., Ltd. was established in 1928 (Showa 3) with the aim of producing precision measuring instruments and precision machine tools, which were then dependent on foreign imports, domestically. The company is composed of two divisions: "machine tools" and "compressors," and has earned a high reputation in the industry as "the technology of Mitsui Seiki" by developing high-performance products in each division. We will further realize our management philosophy of "contributing to society by supplying machine tools as mother machines that are the backbone of industry and air compressors as power sources to the industrial sector" at an even higher level.
