The 400 series profile rail linear guide is the latest addition to the Thomson linear guide product line. The 400 series offers a cost-effective profile rail solution. Since both the caged carriage and non-caged carriage use the same rail design, only one rail type needs to be stocked for either carriage type, allowing for efficient inventory usage.

• The polymer ball return tube reduces noise and vibration while retaining lubrication. • The standard double lip end and vertical seal retain lubrication while protecting the bearings from contamination. • Lubrication channels maximize lubrication effectiveness by directing lubricant to individual ball tracks. • The double-sided ball track adopts a 45° opposing bearing arrangement, providing equal load retention capacity in all directions. • The 413 ball cage option provides individual lubricant reservoirs, improving rolling performance and reducing noise at high speeds. • Options for corrosion resistance are also available (hard chrome plating). • Additional rubber wipers and metal scraper accessories are available, among others.
