Universal Robot Dedicated (7th Axis) UR Motion Axis MovoTrak
Universal Robots Dedicated 7th Axis (Travel Axis) Maximum Travel Distance 10m! MovoTrak is the first collaboration product with UR.
Thomson has launched its first collaboration with Universal Robots, a collaborative robot manufacturer, introducing the MovoTrak 7-axis (travel axis). The groundbreaking 7-axis (travel axis) brings advantages in programming and control while ensuring safety with two collision detection features: 1. Paddle stop 2. Safety stop with collision detection. MovoTrak, a plug-and-play system that can be quickly and easily implemented into robot functions, allows for horizontal movement of up to 10 meters, significantly enhancing productivity. The 7-axis, compatible with the largest collaborative robots on the market such as Universal Robots' UR30, offers flexible mounting options and features a dual linear unit design that achieves maximum moment load and rigidity. It uses a URCap with 7-axis sensitivity adjustment. It complies with ISO 13849-1 PL=d, Category 3. *Miwa Corporation is the official distributor of Thomson in Japan.
