At Miyahara Oxygen Co., Ltd., we conduct leak diagnosis from piping and other sources using the industrial acoustic camera 'FLIR Si124'. We detect ultrasound with 124 ultrasonic microphones. We visualize the ultrasound generated from leaks in piping and partial discharges in electrical equipment, and after the diagnosis, we provide a report with photographs.
