MP-CAD8 Calculation System Options <Extreme> <Essential>
Quick structural calculations can be performed based on pre-cut data. It offers excellent operability and is equipped with various safety features.
We offer three lineups tailored to your calculation needs. Investment in equipment is possible according to the calculation purpose. A screen is provided for entering the minimum necessary information before calculations. It includes graphical and easy-to-understand explanations, allowing for smooth initial setup. Error checking and help features are comprehensive, and you can check how to address any errors that occur simply by double-clicking on them. There are various features focused on safety, such as "real cross-section loss," "deflection accumulation," and "direct rate display." "Extreme" requires STRDESIGN V15 or higher, while "Essential" requires STRDESIGN V15 or higher or BEAMCALC V3 or higher to be installed. *STRDESIGN and BEAMCALC are registered trademarks of Fujitsu FIP Corporation.
basic information
For calculation purposes, we have prepared the following three lineups: 1. All calculations for wooden frame construction, including allowable stress calculations <Extreme (Standard Version)> 2. In addition to the standard version, calculations for large projects and JIS trusses can also be performed <Extreme (Large Project Version)> 3. A light package focused on the necessary calculations for Type 4 buildings <Essential> Extreme and Essential, with a focus on safety, share common features: <Real Cross-Section Deficiency> Calculations are performed based on the actual shape of the joint deficiency that is precut. This allows for safer and more accurate calculations. If an error occurs, it is possible to address it by adjusting the dimensions of the joint if the resulting value is slightly out of range. <Bending Accumulation> When examining the structural calculations of beams, we check how much a single beam deflects, but when it deflects, the beams and columns that bear on it also lower. This lowering can be checked throughout the entire building. The more complex the arrangement of beams becomes, such as secondary and tertiary beams, the more "deflection" accumulates, which can lead to serious complaints such as floor unevenness accidents. This is a tool to identify such issues. <Direct Load Ratio Display> The direct load ratio of columns and walls is made clear at a glance by combining colors and symbols. While creating the layout, you can be mindful of a smooth route for transferring forces from three layers to the foundation.
