Retainer valve spring

After cold continuous forming of alloy steel for die forging using a former, heat treatment is performed, and it is delivered to a famous automobile manufacturer!

We would like to introduce the "Retainer Valve Spring" that we handle. It holds the valve through a cotter (the origin of the word is RETAIN = to hold) and seats the valve by receiving the force of the valve spring. We use cold-formed alloy steel, which is consistently shaped cold by a former, followed by heat treatment, and we supply it to well-known automobile manufacturers. 【Features】 ■ Production quantity: 6.5 million pieces per month *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
