【Features】 ○ Removes fine powder and streamer (floss) using cleaning air and two mini cyclones. ○ An agitator is installed at the entrance to prevent blockages. ○ Designed with a venturi structure to enhance dust collection efficiency and reduce product scattering into the dust collector. ○ Also equipped with an ionizer (static electricity removal device) to prevent the bonding of pellets and dust due to static electricity. ○ Installed between the hopper loader of the injection molding machine and the entrance hopper. ○ Total height is only 240mm. ○ Made of stainless steel and weighs 9kg. ○ Handles products with a bulk density of 560kg/m3 at a rate of 20kg/h. ○ Can process products with a higher bulk density of up to 30kg/h. ○ Classified dust is collected in the dust box shown in the lower right of the photo. ○ No peripheral equipment required, resulting in low equipment costs. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
