Pelatron Duster for removing foreign substances attached to resin pellets.
Cleaning technology suitable for all pellets before product shipment, after transportation, and before manufacturing.
"Pelletron Didasters" is a super high-precision separation and removal device that efficiently separates and removes dust such as cutting chips, fines, powdery fluff, and strip fluff (which may mix in during processes like air transport) from pellets.
basic information
In plastic material manufacturing, when removing shavings, fines, powdery fluff, and ribbon fluff (which may mix in during processes like air transport) contained in pellets, manufacturers have been forced to use inadequate equipment. However, the device 'Pelatron Didasters' developed by Pelatron Inc. (USA) efficiently separates and removes such dust from pellets. This device removes static electricity generated between the pellets and dust, utilizing Pelatron's unique know-how and patents. Conventional devices lacked the ability to efficiently eliminate static electricity, but Pelatron's dual electromagnetic field generation device has successfully solved this issue. This device is a compact type that includes all necessary functions, offering low price and low running costs. It is completely different from large separation devices that require conventional air transport systems and dust collectors. Inside the 'Pelatron Didasters', products move primarily by gravity, resulting in excellent energy efficiency, and with fewer drive components, it requires virtually no maintenance.
