basic information
Vibration isolation devices... Vibrations generated by machinery are transmitted to the foundation and surrounding ground, worsening the surrounding environment. The main role of vibration isolation devices is to attenuate and absorb that vibrational energy. The springs (elastic bodies) used in vibration isolation devices include disc springs, coil springs, leaf springs, air springs, and vibration isolation rubber. At Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery, we design and manufacture vibration isolation devices tailored to various machine characteristics by combining springs and dampers (damping devices).

Continuing to manufacture and deliver vibration control devices for overseas markets such as India and Thailand.
Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery has manufactured and delivered three types of vibration isolation devices for forging presses with different specifications for India. Since the installation will be carried out by the customer, the vibration isolation device is composed of a vibration frame, coil springs, and viscous dampers, aiming to simplify the installation work and improve safety. The customer has given high praise for the fact that the installation work was completed without issues in a short period. Additionally, we have also manufactured and delivered a large-class vibration isolation device for screw presses for Thailand.

"A company that is both old and new"! The predecessor of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery was established as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works during the Taisho era, and it traces back to Mitsubishi Steel Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works, which became independent in 1942. In 1975, it was established by inheriting the industrial machinery and steel structure manufacturing division of the company. The technology of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery is based on the skills developed as a cast and forged steel manufacturer since the Mitsubishi Steel era. While supported by tradition and new technologies, it continues its unique research and development and technical refinement, skillfully blending engineering (design technology) and manufacturing (production technology) in a well-balanced manner, actively engaging in product development and business expansion.
