Our state-of-the-art ring mills are used by numerous forging manufacturers both domestically and internationally, and we also have a track record of producing ring rolling mills with some of the largest rolling forces in the world! ◆ Large Ring Rolling Mills These mills achieve high rigidity and stable operation, making them suitable for the production of large flanges, swivel bearings, gear materials, and rings for aircraft components, fully meeting the market's demand for larger sizes. ◆ Small and Medium Ring Rolling Mills The small and medium series is optimal for producing bearing races, automotive-related parts, gear materials, and flanges. They can also be configured as fully automated lines, allowing for high-speed mass production of ring products. Additionally, they adopt a compact machine structure, thoroughly pursuing economic efficiency. ◆ In-house Testing Machines We have ring mill testing equipment at our headquarters factory, so we can accommodate requests for trial rolling from customers (processing capacity MAX φ1000mm, 1200kN/800kN).

Manufacturing and shipping MRB-1000 ring mills.
In February, we manufactured and shipped the MRB-1000 ring mill for an overseas forging manufacturer. This model is equipped with our uniquely developed latest control system, allowing for automatic rolling that does not require operator intervention during the rolling process, thereby reducing dependence on operator skill levels.

Exhibited at MF-TOKYO 2019
Our company also exhibited at MF-TOKYO 2019, which was held over four days at the end of July. In this exhibition, in addition to showcasing actual products of various ring shapes rolled on our ring mill demonstration machine, we introduced vibration-damping devices, forging presses and manipulators, ring mills, and our in-house ring mill testing machines through panels and promotional videos, attracting the interest of many visitors.

Manufactured and delivered MRB-1600 equipment for domestic forging plants.
Our company has delivered the MRB1600 ring mill equipment to a domestic forging plant. This project was ordered as a line system that combines the ring mill, handling manipulator, and discharge equipment. The handling manipulator features a coordinate management control system, which is a first for us.
