"Magnetic Separator" Non-ferrous Metal Sorting System for sorting copper, aluminum, brass, etc.
Collect and sort valuable metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass! ~We will provide proposals to increase added value~
What kind of system is the non-ferrous metal sorting system? - It is a recovery system for non-ferrous metals that combines our non-ferrous metal sorting machine, conveyor system, and color sorter. 1. Non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted using eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal sorting machine. 2. The sorted non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are transported by the conveyor system. 3. The non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted by color using the color sorter. What are the benefits? - Recovery of valuable amounts from processed materials. - Reduction of the number of personnel required for manual sorting, leading to lower labor costs.
basic information
What kind of company is Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery? It is a manufacturer of "magnetic separation machines" and produces "magnetic separators" and "non-ferrous metal separation machines," among others. Particularly, due to its expertise in metal recovery, it can propose a comprehensive recovery system that combines magnetic separation machines and non-ferrous metal separation machines in addition to the systems mentioned above! Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery traces its origins back to the Taisho era as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works, which became independent as Mitsubishi Steel Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works in 1942. It was established in 1975 by inheriting the industrial machinery and structural steel canning division of the same company. The technology of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery is based on the skills developed as a cast and forged steel manufacturer since the Mitsubishi Steel era. While supported by tradition and new technologies, it continues its unique research and development and technical refinement, skillfully merging engineering (design technology) and manufacturing (production technology) in a well-balanced manner, actively engaging in product development and business expansion.

Exhibition of our non-ferrous metal sorting machine at the China Environmental Expo.
In April, our company promoted our magnetic separator at the 20th China Environmental Expo held in China. This expo is the largest in Asia, with approximately 2,000 companies exhibiting from around the world. For this exhibition, we displayed a working model of our non-ferrous metal separator and conducted sample separation demonstrations to promote the performance of this equipment. We plan to participate in next year's exhibition as well, and in addition to the non-ferrous metal separator, we are planning to set up a demonstration unit of our highly regarded stainless steel separator in Japan for promotion.

A demonstration machine for color sorting has been installed at the Isahaya Magnetic Selection Machine Factory.
In April, we installed a demonstration unit of our new color sorting line at the magnetic separator factory in Isahaya. The color sorter is a device that identifies the color of raw materials and sorts them using air jets. By combining it with our magnetic separator, we can establish a metal sorting line. Additionally, the color sorter can handle various sorting applications beyond just metal sorting by identifying and separating colors, making it possible to address industrial waste such as circuit boards and plastics.

Commercialization of a high-performance "magnet rotor" for aluminum sorting machines.
Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery has developed a high-performance "magnet rotor" for aluminum sorting machines. This magnet rotor achieves an aluminum recovery rate of over 95%, realizing both high performance and low cost. To enhance the performance of aluminum sorting machines, customers can replace just the magnet rotor without having to purchase the entire equipment set, which minimizes their burden and is expected to expand the scale of the upgrade market.

Delivery of combined equipment featuring magnetic separators and high-performance aluminum sorting machines.
Our company has delivered a combined machine consisting of a magnetic separator and a high-performance aluminum separator. This machine recovers ferromagnetic materials using the magnetic separator and then collects non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum with the high-performance aluminum separator. It plays an important role as a sorting facility that recovers valuable materials from waste within the processing line.
