On the other hand, we began manufacturing forging presses in collaboration with other companies and have developed unique technologies, including rotary forging machines that produce forged rings. Our hot free forging presses have a wide range of delivery records, from below 1000 tons to one of the largest in the world at 13,000 tons, and are used by numerous forging manufacturers. We will be exhibiting at MF-TOKYO 2025.
Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery will be exhibiting at MF-TOKYO 2025. MF-TOKYO is an international exhibition for forging machinery (presses, sheet metal, forming, automation, and peripheral equipment). The event will take place from July 16 (Wednesday) to July 19 (Saturday). This year, it will be held on the largest scale ever, so we hope you will come and visit! Exhibited at MF-TOKYO 2019
Our company also exhibited at MF-TOKYO 2019, which was held over four days at the end of July. In this exhibition, in addition to showcasing actual products of various ring shapes rolled on our ring mill demonstration machine, we introduced vibration-damping devices, forging presses and manipulators, ring mills, and our in-house ring mill testing machines through panels and promotional videos, attracting the interest of many visitors.

Delivered a 1500T forging press to a domestic forging manufacturer!
In August 2020, Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery delivered a 1500T forging press (two-column pull-down type) to a domestic forging manufacturer. The customer introduced this product to improve production efficiency and eliminate hazardous work, transitioning from an existing air drop hammer. This case provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the feasibility of switching from a hammer to a press machine!
