The bearing 87 is a special composite material made of PTFE and bronze. It offers low friction for low to medium load bearings and provides contamination embedding effects!
Hallite 87 wear ring supports lateral loads and eliminates stick-slip between moving parts. It excels in heat resistance and creep resistance, making it suitable for wear rings that undergo reciprocating, oscillating, and rotating motions, regardless of lubrication. It also has the function of embedding contaminants generated within hydraulic cylinders, minimizing damage to seals and hardware. Additionally, the phenomenon of gizzarding, which can cause momentary high temperatures, often occurs in hydraulic cylinders of heavy construction machinery.
