Wiper/Excluder E5W "Hallite"
A double lip wiper that combines excellent scraper performance and sliding characteristics suitable for heavy-duty and large diameter applications.
Hallite E5W is a double-acting O-ring combination rod wiper designed with two different wiping lip shapes. It scrapes off dirt attached to the rod and retains residual oil within the system during rod extension. It follows rod eccentricity through the clamping force of the combination O-ring. Made from HLX's high-quality Armorelene material, it is suitable for high-speed applications and eliminates stick-slip phenomena during startup and low-speed operation. The E5W has a larger cross-section than the E2W and is designed with a greater O-ring compression, making it suitable for heavy-duty and large-diameter applications. 【Features】 ■ Low friction eliminates stick-slip phenomena ■ Follows rod eccentricity ■ High-performance PTFE material provided as standard ■ Minimizes contamination and maintains a thin oil film on the rod.
