Single lip, snap-in rod wipers are optimized for harsh environments with heavy contamination, such as agriculture, off-highway, forestry, and longwall mining machinery.
The Hallite 842 features a wiping lip equipped with a protective debris guard flap that completely covers the gland housing, preventing the trapping of water and slurry commonly found in traditional wipers, thanks to its "Umbrella Wiper Technology." By reducing corrosion and preventing dirt from entering the grooves of the wiper housing and the hydraulic cylinder gland, it protects the hydraulic system and extends its lifespan.
