Hallite 775 is designed for two applications: one for standard O-ring grooves and the second for O-rings with two backup ring grooves. With its advanced profile design, Hallite 775 features a single-acting function, making it ideal for double-acting applications where minimizing dynamic leakage is essential. It consists of a robust polyurethane face seal that is pressed against a rectangular cross-section NBR expander, providing the necessary compressive force.
