Rotary Seal SSR "Hallite"
A combination O-ring swivel seal designed for sealing the inner diameter for shafts, swivels, and other rotating or oscillating applications!
The Hallite SSR rotary seal features one or two grooves on the inner circumference of the seal, enhancing sealing performance through an increased seal lip, while retaining lubricating oil to reduce the surface contact area and minimize sliding friction. The specially designed fan-shaped outer diameter maximizes the contact area of the O-ring against the outer circumference of the sealing surface, preventing the seal from rotating with the shaft within the groove. The standard Hallite 'SSR' product has a pressure notch on the seal side, significantly improving the seal's responsiveness to pressure changes.
