V-ring seals are very easy to install as they are made of rubber materials like NBR and FKM. The counterface can be the side wall of a bearing, a washer, stamping, a bearing housing, or the metal ring of an oil seal. The seal lip is flexible and makes contact with the counterface at a relatively light contact surface pressure, accommodating relatively large axial and radial misalignments while sealing out dirt, dust, debris, and splashed water. They are suitable as a primary seal protection for oil seals and as secondary seals. V-ring seals are products of SES Co., Ltd. (Shian Fu Enterprise Co. Ltd) in Taiwan, which has focused on the research, development, production, and inspection capabilities of elastomer products for many years, and they are widely used in global industrial machinery, fluid power industries, vehicle industries, medical industries, and aerospace industries.
