Air Pressure Cushion Seal 661 'Hallite'
Polyurethane cushion seal with a check valve function designed for pneumatic applications.
Near the stroke end of the cylinder, the protrusion of the cushion seal contacts the taper or R of the piston rod and is pressed against the cushion seal groove. This traps air between the seal and the piston, absorbing shocks by slowing down the movement of the piston. When pressure is applied to the extension side of the system, the compressed pressure is released to the piston side through the special vent groove on the side of the cushion seal. Hallite 661 is made from Hallite's high-performance polyurethane, Hythane 181, and is easy to install, has excellent low-temperature performance, and offers a long service life. 【Features】 ■ Check valve function ■ Excellent durability ■ Wide temperature range ■ Easy to install Hallite is a group company of Michelin.
