Traditionally, parts were randomly arranged on stainless steel pallets and subjected to ultrasonic cleaning. With the establishment of a new line, there was a demand for automated pallets, and our company proposed "vacuum-formed trays." By using "vacuum-formed trays" to align the parts, they became usable from inspection to assembly.
