5G 0.5 to 43 GHz band level detector 'FPC-3000'

Level detectors capable of pass/fail judgment in inspection processes on the manufacturing line contribute to reducing manufacturing and inspection costs without the need for expensive measuring instruments.

The "FPC-3000" is a level detector that detects high-frequency power over a wide bandwidth (500MHz to 43.5GHz) covering 5G's FR1 and FR2. It is an RF detection unit that detects radio waves from 500MHz to 43.5GHz and converts them into DC voltage output for simple testing in the development and manufacturing (mass production) lines of 5G devices, with the capability to expand and accommodate up to 9 power detection units. In the development and manufacturing stages of 5G devices, it is sufficient to measure whether "radio waves are being emitted" or "the beam of radio waves is directed," allowing for pass/fail judgment without the need for expensive measuring instruments such as spectrum analyzers or testers (see next section). The converted voltage can be output simultaneously as an analog output that changes linearly and as a digital output that can be captured by a computer via USB.
