The SoniXs MS-6 H, capable of packaging up to 280 packages per hour (under the condition of applying two bands at the top and bottom positions of the package), is ideal for lines that perform high-volume packaging. The band guide frame moves vertically, allowing for safe banding of products that are at least 100mm high from the floor/conveyor system, as well as large and bulky products. Furthermore, since the band guide frame also strokes horizontally, there is no need to carefully align the product perfectly to the reference edge for accurate banding with maximum sealing tension. The optional automatic band coil dispenser reduces downtime when replacing band coils. This allows the machine to operate throughout the entire production shift without interruption. The SoniXs sealing unit, which uses ultrasonic technology, further enhances the efficiency and sustainability of the banding process.
