We have added one analysis case to the MST homepage. ◆Title State Evaluation of Organic EL Device Materials ◆Measurement Method/Processing Method: TOF-SIMS; Processing under Controlled Atmosphere ◆Product Field: Display; Lighting ◆Analysis Purpose: Composition Evaluation; Identification ◆Overview: Organic EL devices have advantages such as high brightness, high-resolution color, and thinness due to their self-emission principle, making them one of the promising next-generation display devices. Accurate analysis and evaluation of materials are crucial for improving characteristics, extending lifespan, and enhancing reliability; however, care must be taken as very reactive materials are used. A comparison between samples exposed to the atmosphere and those handled under high-purity nitrogen atmosphere confirms that oxidation (parent ions +O, +OH, etc.) observed with atmospheric exposure is suppressed when handled in a high-purity nitrogen atmosphere.
