Cool Biz Implementation: MST contributes to energy saving.

The MST Foundation for the Promotion of Materials Science and Technology is implementing measures to address the power shortage by partially restricting the use of air conditioning. Therefore, we will be implementing "Cool Biz" as outlined below. We appreciate your understanding. ● Implementation Overview The air conditioning will be set to a room temperature of 28°C, and employees will be allowed to dress lightly (male employees will not wear jackets or ties). - When visiting clients, employees may also dress lightly. - When visiting MST, please come dressed lightly. ● Period From May 17, 2011 (Tuesday) to September 30, 2011 (Friday) ● Other Energy-Saving Measures - Partial lighting reduction - Reduction in the number of operating PCs and printers - Implementation of shift work during nights and weekends (to avoid power peaks)
