[Case Study] Treatment of Nitrate Nitrogen

By conducting the fluid test, we are now able to propose suitable processing equipment to our customers!

We would like to introduce a case of the installation of a removal device for nitrate nitrogen contained in wastewater from metal finishing processes. The customer was concerned that "the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the cleaning wastewater of zinc phosphate coated products is high and needs to be reduced." In response, Muromachi Chemical first conducted water sampling at the customer's site, analyzed the wastewater components in the lab, and then performed a flow test using ion exchange resin with the sampled wastewater to confirm the removal performance of nitrate nitrogen.
