The next-generation tapping water "TAP-1" manufactured by Shion Corporation is an environmentally friendly black tapping water that utilizes the lubricating and cooling properties of nano-carbon instead of oil. It can be used for operations with manual drill presses, general-purpose lathes, and mist cutting machines for semi-dry processing. Depending on the processing level, it can be used as is or diluted up to 5 times. Please use it in the same way as regular tapping oil. If using with a mist cutting machine, pour it directly into the tank. If the machine's tank is made of polycarbonate, please consult us first.
