"FloroSurf FG-5097" is a release agent specifically developed for polyurethane foam molding. It is a release agent that is less likely to cause surface roughness or foaming defects, which are common issues with general fluorine-based release agents. Just one application provides a non-stick property to the mold surface. It reduces the adhesion of the molded resin to the mold, demonstrating excellent continuous release properties even for complex and precise shapes. Please try it in cases where conventional release agents do not work well.
