Yamato Shokai's "LAP Grease" is a special grease that simultaneously fulfills two functions: preventing seizure over long periods in bolts, nozzles, etc., and serving as a non-dripping lubricant for pins and sliding parts. It can be used in various applications, such as high-temperature plastic molding molds, die-casting molds, and places like steel mills and cement factories where lubrication is required under high temperatures.

Manufacturer: Yamato Shokai Co., Ltd. ■ Heat Resistance It exhibits heat resistance of up to approximately 800°C due to multiple lubricating soft metals that have been micronized, preventing seizing and galling. ■ Chemical Stability It withstands chemical external pressures, such as corrosive gases generated in the mold during plastic molding. ■ Metal Adhesion Organic extreme pressure molecules with strong adhesion and penetration prevent dripping and peeling from metal surfaces. ■ Durability When the lubricating surface is subjected to high temperatures and high loads, the soft metal itself repairs rough lubrication grooves, maintaining lubrication effectiveness. ■ Cost-effectiveness Compared to conventional anti-seizing agents such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) grease, it has a specific gravity of about 1/2, so for the same 500g, it offers approximately double the volume, making it very economical.
