As a result, it has approximately three times the load capacity and about 27 times the lifespan compared to conventional products. 【Self-Aligning Capability】 The load plate is thicker in the center and thinner at both ends, allowing for self-aligning movement around the central part, which absorbs machining and installation errors between the housing and the shaft. 【Floating Seal】 The floating seal utilizes the self-aligning feature of the NB top ball, allowing it to smoothly follow the shaft even when there is eccentricity in the outer and inner diameters of both end faces. Additionally, there is no change in overall length with or without the seal, enabling a compact design. 【High-Speed Compatibility】 The NB top ball is a product that enables excellent high-speed performance. It can be used at motion speeds of up to 180 m/min. 【Gap Adjustment】 The load plate is assembled in a free state within a resin outer cylinder. By incorporating it into a housing for gap adjustment, it allows for the adjustment of the gap between the ball and the shaft. 【Top Ball Unit】 The top ball unit is designed with appropriate dimensions for the inner diameter of the housing, maximizing the features of the top ball.
