◇Improvement of workability during maintenance and rational◇Enables functional equipment design◇ Features of the AccuRide Slide Rail ■Lubrication: Grease is injected into the ball bearing section, and under normal usage, there is no need for re-greasing. If you require slide rails that do not need lubrication, we can accommodate custom orders. ■Surface Treatment: The AccuRide slide rails have the following types of surface treatment. The standard specification is electro-galvanized (glossy chromate treatment), and other options such as colored chromate treatment, black chromate treatment, chrome plating, and strong zinc (ultra-high corrosion-resistant plating) are available as custom specifications. The types of surface treatment are as follows: *Our standard specification... Electro-galvanized (glossy chromate treatment) *Custom specifications... Electro-galvanized (colored chromate treatment) appears yellow Electro-galvanized (black chromate treatment) appears black Chrome plating ■Dust: The ball retainer is designed to accurately hold the ball bearings while simultaneously cleaning the surface of the ball bearings and protecting the floor surface of the slide rail. Therefore, it is not a problem if the lubricant becomes contaminated with dust.

■Heat Resistance: Under standard specifications, it can be used within room temperature ranges. It can also accommodate slide rails used outside of room temperature ranges. Please feel free to consult us. ■Environmental Measures: Our slide manufacturing process does not use any ozone-depleting substances. AccuRide slide rails are produced through a manufacturing process that takes the global environment into consideration.
