A one-way hinge is a hinge that combines the functions of a one-way clutch and a torque limiter. The one-way hinge from Origin Electric generates torque in one direction and does not generate torque in the opposite direction, resulting in a free-spinning state. When used as an opening and closing hinge, it allows for easy stopping in a free position (only the weight of the lid) when opening.
