◇ The structure ensures that sliding friction does not occur at the contact surface between the journal and the rail (hereafter referred to as the guide rail or guideway), not only in straight directions but also in cases of bending or twisting movement. ◇ A variety of designs and assemblies tailored to the system are possible. ◇ The rail surface is treated with hard chrome plating, and the V surface (the rolling surface with the journal) undergoes heat treatment. ◇ Regardless of the installation method, it is possible to adjust the gap between the rail and the journal. ◇ Assembly work for the system and gap adjustment can be easily performed.

The motion guide system is a transport system that smoothly runs along a single rail through the engagement of the V-groove of a special roller and the V-surface of the rail, allowing for curved movement as well. The components can be individually configured according to the system, enabling flexible design to meet various purposes.
